1.Application

The machine is suitable for surface sueding of pure cotton and their relevant blends.
The fabric after sueding is soft and slippery with short, even fluffs and clean texture.
It improves the value of fabrics.

Feature:

1. This machine adopts PLC, human-machine interaction screen and displacement sensor to relize automatic control of the whole operation of it.
2. Driving system with inverter-controlled multi motors, terse in structure, easy in maintenance.
3. Modular vertical structure, relized the combination of rigid sueding roller and flexible sueding roller or knockdown sueding roller.
4. The tension of the rear and front sueding area is detected by displacement sensor, controlled by PLC.
5. Sew detecting automatically and press roller steps back.
6. The pioneer in home and one-up in the world compared to congeneric products.
