Application:

The machine is suitable for surface polishing and shearing of artificial fur, fake fur, raschel blanket, wool fabric and all kinds of fleece fabrics, which adopted larger diameter polishing roller and deeper beating groove, it is good for the polishing of plush fabrics. Its working efficiency is nearly twice as the ordinary polishing and shearing machine.

Characteristics

Model ME521 polishing and shearing machine is easy to operate and reliable with the following features compared to the congeneric machines:
Adopted large diameter polishing roller, it is possible to run forward and reverse, polish velvet velludo when anticlockwise and polish velvet plain clockwise. The working

temperature is 75~200℃, controlled by PLC, the temperature appears on the numerical display device. Three ammeters monitor the heat source. Rectify the deviation of table lathe and belt automatically by pneumatic device.Diameter of shearing cylinder: φ180, the number of spiral blades is 24, the speed can be adjusted infinitely by using frequency converters, from 250 to 1000 r/min, with traversing motor. Bearing of main shaft adopted overhung mounting with self-aligning ball bearing, it ameliorates working conditions of knife-edge dynamically.
Adopted swing of the fabric table to escape from a lack of the fabric which makes the action much steadily and avoids motion shock and distortion of shearing blades.

Guiding roller and fabric output roller are controlled by inverters, fabric speed can be adjusted from 4-17m/min.
